The food that can be made from leftovers looks as good as the food that I had for my thanksgiving dinner. These are all great ideas and the smoothie sounds so delicious.

These recipes look great! I wish I'd found them before I tossed away our leftovers. I just didn't think I could have turkey any other way, but the turkey quinoa salad looks amazing!
